In 2026, the Mimosa Residence will be equipped with a 33.25 kWp solar power system installed on a flat roof, with an estimated annual output of approximately 33.2 MWh.

Designed to integrate renewable energy production within the residential complex, the project was developed as a turnkey solution, from design to commissioning.

This initiative helps increase the property’s value and reduce its energy consumption from the grid.
