Residential Photovoltaic System in RCP Configuration – Lugano Campus

In 2025, we installed a photovoltaic system for the Lugano Campus residential complex, designed to maximize the use of energy generated directly within the building.

With an installed capacity of 32.43 kWp and an expected annual output of approximately 32.4 MWh, the system helps reduce energy consumption from the grid and improve the energy efficiency of the entire building.

The project was developed using an RCP configuration, a solution that optimizes self-consumption and distributes the economic benefits of the generated energy among the participating users.

The project was carried out on a turnkey basis, ensuring comprehensive project management from design through installation to commissioning of the system. This approach made it possible to offer an efficient, sustainable solution focused on maximizing the use of locally produced solar energy.
