Integrated Photovoltaic System for an Office Building – Julius Baer Lugano

In 2025, we installed an integrated photovoltaic system at the Julius Baer Lugano headquarters, an office building, with a particular focus on architectural integration and the aesthetics of the solution.

The system, installed on a flat roof and featuring colored photovoltaic modules, combines energy production with visual harmony, meeting the needs of a prestigious setting without compromising on performance.

With an installed capacity of 64.09 kWp, the system is capable of generating an estimated annual output of approximately 64 MWh, contributing to a reduction in the building’s energy consumption and the use of energy from renewable sources.

The project was carried out on a turnkey basis, covering all operational phases, from design to installation and commissioning. This project demonstrates how technological innovation, design, and sustainability can be effectively integrated even in the corporate office building sector.
