Residential Solar System for a Mixed-Use Residential and Commercial Building

In Muzzano, in 2024, YouPower completed one of its most impressive projects, demonstrating how large scale and technical precision can go hand in hand. The project involved installing solar panels on both a residential home and an adjacent commercial warehouse.

Taking advantage of the structures’ large flat roof, we designed and installed a colossal 189.41 kWp photovoltaic system, capable of generating a record 189,410 kWh of clean electricity per year. A true green power plant capable of covering both domestic needs and the operational requirements of the manufacturing business.

The entire project was delivered on a turnkey basis: YouPower took full charge of the project, handling every engineering aspect, the bureaucratic process, and the final connection. This integrated solution eliminated all management complexities for the client, ensuring an immediate financial return and an extraordinary reduction in CO2 emissions.
