In 2026, we installed three solar power systems to serve three residential apartment buildings, designed to maximize energy efficiency and financial returns for all parties involved.
The systems, with capacities of 62.23 kWp (Building 11), 34.2 kWp (Building 13), and 29.46 kWp (Building 13A), respectively, were configured as RCPs. This solution optimizes self-consumption of the energy produced by distributing it directly to the tenants.
The estimated annual production is approximately 64 MWh, 36 MWh, and 31 MWh, ensuring significant coverage of the buildings’ energy needs.
A distinctive feature of the project is the integration of our proprietary billing software, which enables precise, automated, and transparent management of energy flows between the system and end users. This tool represents real added value in the management of RCPs, simplifying the allocation of consumption and energy billing.
Thanks to the configuration adopted:
1. tenants benefit from a tangible reduction in their electricity bills, thanks to access to locally generated energy at favorable rates;
2. the project developer earns higher revenues than from selling to the grid, thanks to the direct sale of energy to users;
3. the payback period is significantly reduced, making the project even more economically sustainable.
The project serves as an effective example of how RCP solutions, supported by advanced digital tools, can create shared value between energy producers and consumers.
